Following the announcement back in March that we had won a place on Professional Adviser’s ‘Best Financial Advisers To Work For’ list, PA has now published its 2026 annual awards report. Since we first entered in 2023 this is now our fourth back-to-back win. Here’s looking ahead to 2027 in what will be a special year, our 20th anniversary.

The team at Connor Broadley looks to a ‘work hard, play hard and be nice to people’ mantra that has contributed to a caring culture and high staff retention rates. Its leaders see benefits playing a key role, with the firm offering everything from private medical insurance and season tickets to a wellbeing fund. Staff at Connor Broadley are recognised with gift vouchers on their birthdays and for significant work anniversaries. Employees who reach ten years’ service are awarded a one-month sabbatical. Personal milestones and life events are also celebrated.
