BPTW Awards 2024 | And the winner is…

All Best Places To Work 2024 Award winners have now been announced

Hot on the heels of Bath’s Bind Media picking up this year’s Best Boutique Company Award, Campaign has now revealed the winners in the three other size categories – Small, Medium and Large.

Mobsta: Best Small-sized Company Award

London based adtech company Mobsta specialises in mobile location services. It has a very clear and passionate approach to creating a strong workplace culture, believing that looking after people is the key ingredient to success. Mobsta is a B Corp company and as a disability-led business is committed to recruiting a diverse workforce. Sinead Stone from our Benefits Consulting team (third from left) can be seen above handing over the BPTW 2024 – Best Small Company award to Mobsta.

RPM: Best Medium-sized Company Award

Having grown in size over the past 12 months, advertising agency RPM marked its arrival in the ‘medium’ category by taking the trophy at the first attempt. With a 30-year track record of putting people first, their approach is clearly working. Above, Sinead Stone presents the RPM team with their trophy.

Blis Global: Best Large-sized Company Award

Blis Global is another adtech business offering a media buying and planning platform. It’s proud of its diverse team and its workplace culture of inclusiveness. In the image above, Charlie Pitt, Head of our Benefits Consulting team presents Blis Global with their BPTW 2024 trophy for Best Large Company.
