Utilising benefits as a retention tool

With 2022 being heralded as ‘the year of the employee’, companies are having to work harder than ever to retain and recruit staff. Charlie Pitt, one of our Benefits Consultants recently gave an online presentation during one of UKIE’s ‘Hub Crawl’ events. UKIE (the Association for UK Interactive Entertainment) is the trade body representing the UK’s video gaming industry, and its members are all facing challenges in retaining key people in what is a very competitive market place. Charlie outlined how employee benefits can be used as part of a retention strategy for employers.
