Using employee benefits to help navigate difficult times

Matthew Law from our Benefits Consulting team was recently asked by The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment (Ukie) to speak at its virtual conference looking at how the gaming industry can navigate the current challenging economic climate.

Matt talks about how companies can use their employee benefits packages to help employees through the cost-of-living crisis, create a culture of support and contribute towards retaining and recruiting the best talent. Topics covered also included ways of using benefits to build businesses, financial and mental wellbeing and employee engagement.
