The awards recognize those agencies who go the extra mile when creating a positive work culture and looking after the wellbeing of their staff. This often involves delivering a great package of employee benefits to make people feel valued and cared for.

Campaign’s Best Places to Work is a research-driven programme from Best Companies Group that reviews companies’ practices, programmes and benefits and then surveys employees to gather their perspective. Companies that meet certain criteria are then considered a Best Place to Work and considered for an award.
