Last night, after nearly a two-year Covid enforced break, we were once again proud sponsors of Campaign magazine’s annual Best Places To Work awards. Focusing on how businesses look after the wellbeing of their staff through the combination of culture, benefits and financial remuneration, it is an area that has never been more important in helping to retain and recruit staff.
The top companies were assessed and ranked against the above criteria, and then prizes were given to the best Large, Medium, Small and Boutique sized organisations. The event was held in the Orangery at The King’s Fund building, with over 150 people representing 65 agencies.
Colin Fleming, COO and head of our Benefits Consulting team gave a brief summary of the current market trends and challenges in the benefits space and then jointly presented the awards with Campaign Editor, Nicola Merrifield.
Congratulations to all those companies who were short-listed, including some of our own Connor Broadley clients.
The winners were:
Large – the7stars
Medium – Journey Further
Small – Truant London
Boutique – MCM
