Ukie HR Connect event | HR trends in gaming

Yesterday was Ukie’s annual HR Connect event where HR teams from gaming studios across the UK gathered in London to talk about their mutual experiences of 2025, and also listen to a variety of speakers talk about current HR trends in the gaming industry and looking ahead to what the coming year may have in store.

As long-term Ukie partners our Benefits Consulting team were on hand to meet new people and also contribute to the day’s agenda, with Charlie Pitt and Matt Law being interviewed around the topic of What Do Employees Actually Value? Rethinking Benefits in Games.

It was a very productive day and thanks to RSM for hosting at their offices.
