Connor Broadley has been partnering Campaign’s Best Places To Work awards since 2019 and whilst the winners pf the individual categories – Boutique, Small, Medium and Large are being announced over the course of this week, the companies who have earned a place on this year’s ‘Top 100 List’ have already been made public.
Our congratulations to everyone on the list.
The awards recognise those companies and agencies in the marketing and creative industries who go the extra mile when instilling a positive work culture and looking after the wellbeing of their staff. This often involves delivering a great package of employee benefits to make people feel valued and cared for. Companies entering the awards are asked to share a questionnaire with their employees and the anonymised answers to this are then used by the judges to assess the results.
